DESCRIPTION OF BOTTLING COMPONENTS The market for bottled water has been increasing at very high rates consistently during the last decade or more. Annual increases may be 25% or more. Natural disasters and water safety scares, such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium outbreaks, add momentum to the increases. Bottled water sales are so brisk that it is difficult to keep up with demand, and profitability for most types of bottled water continues to be excellent. GET, Inc., a leader in water purification with over 60 years combined experience, provides high quality, modestly priced, easy to use equipment for this field. The GET SB50 small bottling line system is designed to automatically package up to 50 round bottles per minute and provides maximum versatility to keep pace with the demands of your operation. The system is designed and built to operated multiple shifts with a minimum of maintenance, and does not require highly skilled operators. The state-of-the-art design and components offer maximum performance, reliability and versatility to fill round bottles of from 300 ml up to 5 liters. The systems aredesigned primarily for filling of water, but will also handle a variety of other free-flowing liquids, usually with some modification. The
system can be designed to operate in several different configurations.
Systems may be constructed to operate in a straight line or in a right angle to
operate in smaller, confined areas. All
the components of the system are mounted to the side of a continuously moving
conveyor. Conveyor options range from standard 24 foot systems to optional 90
degree turns or smaller 20 foot sections. Constructed of 304 or 316 stainless
steel, long wearing Delrin conveyor materials and high quality American-made
drive motors, these systems are designed to last for years and to provide for a
maximum of reliability in operation.
The individual components can be installed quickly and easily and with a minimum
installation supervision by factory trained technicians. GET builds small bottling systems consisting of traditional separate components, such as feed & exit turntables, rinsers, fillers, cappers, labelers, printers, etc., and also builds state-of-the-art all-in-one bottling systems.
