Investment Opportunities with GET, Inc. GET, Inc. is a privately held corporation, and our stock is not traded at present. We are not actively seeking investors at this time. However, consideration could be given to an attractive offer. GET has many substantial projects pending in various parts of the world. We have in place a pool of investors who may choose to invest, as owners, in various projects involving GET equipment. Typically, the customers are governmental agencies or large, profitable corporations. Projects usually involve desalination of seawater or brackish water, and may at times involve water bottling. Some projects may also involve energy, such as providing energy for the GET equipment and perhaps selling surplus to the local utility under contract. The usual terms for a BOO or BOOT desalination project include security and insurance to protect the investors' principle, a contract for 15-20 years, and a generous profit margin. Each project is evaluated by the investors on it's own merits for security, margins and other important factors. Typical projects range from US $500,000.00 to as much as hundreds of millions of dollars. These can be funded & owned by a single investor or by a mutually agreed group. GET, Inc. will remain actively involved in providing technical and other support for the life of the project. GET also receives inquiries from startups with great potential, who may be looking for investment capital. Such projects can be referred for objective evaluation by prospective investors, with GET providing whatever technical and marketing assistance desired.
