boxes, packaging materials and other items to conserve earth’s resources. We disavow all dishonest business practices. We tell the
truth, even if it costs us business. We do not believe the sale is all-important. Integrity is
more important, and serving the needs of our customers is more important. If our
product is not the best for the application, we say so. We try to attract better employees as a foundation for
better products and services. To do so, we pay better than average wages. Our
people are our most valuable asset. Our products are built to be considerate of maintenance
personnel. We avoid sharp edges. We choose components and designs that will be
longer lasting, easier to service and less painful to work on. We offer superior after-sales service to keep our customers happy and willing to recommend us to others. We are genuinely interested in our customers’ success and
