GET Dealer GET, Inc. sells much of the equipment we make through dealers in strategic locations. The dealer is our marketing arm and our conduit to the customer. Dealers buy equipment at a discount and re-sell directly to the end user, earning a profit on sales of equipment and spare parts, as well as service. Dealers generally carry minimal inventory, just commonly used spare parts, so the investment requirement is low. Dealers receive factory training and ongoing support to help them to provide superior customer service, and to enjoy success in selling. For larger projects that the dealer develops, usually the dealer will function as a representative, earning a commission on the sale. GET dealerships can be very profitable ventures, due to the growth of many different markets served by GET equipment. GET engineers will design custom equipment for various applications, providing a level of customer support not available from GET competitors. GET is selective about appointing dealers. This ensures that GET dealers will not be competing with each other in most cases, and that the quality of customer support is high. GET requires it's dealers to maintain a high level of integrity and genuine interest in the customer's needs. Each dealer is expected to provide service support for the type of products sold.
