This compact, automated small
bottle line is ideal for small to medium sized bottling operations. The system
can handle a wide variety of non-carbonated liquids, such as water, fruit
juices, wines, vinegar, food oils, etc. The system automatically rinses, fills &
caps from 2,000 to 4,000 bottles per hour. It can accommodate bottles of 50 to
108 mm in diameter, and height of 170 to 340 mm, including bottle sizes of 330
to 2250 ml. The framework of the system is
304 Stainless Steel. The fill heads are made of 316 Stainless Steel. The system
weighs 2,500 Kg, and measures 2,100 x 1,400 x 2,500 mm. There are 12 rinse
heads, 12 fill heads, and 6 capping heads. The warranty is 12 months
from the delivery date, and includes parts and courier shipping costs. On line
technical support is included, and the system is shipped with an operating
manual and Video CD instructions for installation, operation & maintenance. One
site factory support is available at very modest cost. Usual Production Time: 8 Weeks
