GET, Inc. manufactures a full line of seawater desalinators for every application. The SWL series is designed for heavy or continuous duty service in land-based applications where quality and dependable performance are highly valued. Although these systems may cost more initially than some competitors’ systems, the longer life, reliability, and faithful performance mean that they cost far less in the long run. Reduced down-time and lower operating costs more than offset the initial difference in price. GET systems are available in nearly every price range. These smaller SWL systems are available in standard or custom designs to produce potable water from virtually any seawater source, from five tons (1,320 U.S. Gallons) per day up to 2,000 tons (528,400 U.S. Gallons) per day. Standard or custom designs are available throughout the range. GET builds these systems using either positive displacement pumps for maximum efficiency or using centrifugal pumps for minimal maintenance. GET SWL systems are designed to produce healthful water exceeding WHO drinking water standards and to provide many years of reliable service. Systems are available with and without energy recovery devices to meet customers’ requirements for energy efficiency, optimum capital cost and the lowest long term cost of ownership.
