This unit is a great addition to existing water store equipment with low maintenance costs, reliable operation and built-in IBWA clean room for sanitary filling. Key features for this system include a convenient rinse station, easy to use fill station, handy capping station, and stainless steel purified water gravity feed tank. Capping the bottles is semi-automatic with an air-powered cincher. A labeling option is available for producers who would like to put their own labels on the bottles they fill. The Small Bottling manual production line (SBM1200) is a low cost, highly reliable water bottling system for small localized purification and distribution businesses. This unit allows such businesses to enter the market with a professional bottled water product. This system will rinse, fill & cap (labeling option) up to 1200 bottles per hour. |
