Glycol Recycling Systems
   GRS-M Membrane-Based    

The system pictured above was custom built as a self-contained, portable 12-15 GPM (U.S. Gallons per Minute) glycol recycling system. Special features include: a diesel generator set for self-contained power, hose reels for the inlet, recycled product and reject streams, sophisticated PLC controls, remote mounted instrument panel, and more. Standard GRS-M models include systems that produce 2,4,5,7,9,12 & 15 GPM (U.S. Gallons per Minute) of high quality recycled glycol/water mixture used as engine coolant and antifreeze. Custom models can be made to produce any capacity of product desired.

GET offers a high degree of expertise in filtration, sterilization, and membrane separation technologies, and the experience needed to successfully apply these in a variety of fluid recycling applications. Membrane-based antifreeze recyclers (GRS-M) are very effective in producing high quality product with reduced chlorides and TDS as required for commercial applications. Membrane based systems remove all or nearly all color, all oils, 99% or higher of heavy metals, and all or nearly all suspended solids. Glycol sources with high oil content should be pre-treated prior to treatment by membrane-based systems. GET also manufactures filtration based antifreeze recycling systems (GRS-F).
