GWRS GET, Inc. engineers and manufactures a wide range of water recycling equipment. GWRS (Gray Water Recycling Systems) are engineered specifically to treat water from showers and sinks from apartment buildings, hotels, and commercial buildings and prepare it for re-use for all purposes except for drinking. These systems typically provide for the re-use of about 85-90% of the used gray water normally dumped to drain. This saves dramatically on water usage and eliminates most of the waste water discharge. In localities where water is in critically short supply, a GET Gray Water Recycling System can substantially extend existing water supplies at a minimal investment. GWRS systems are designed with several technologies working together in concert. These technologies include various types of filtration and sterilization. Activated carbon absorption is usually applied, and appropriate membrane technology is an essential part of the system.
