PET Semi-Automatic Blow Molding Systems
System
Description
PET bottles can now be economically manufactured on site utilizing GET blow
molding equipment. These systems
require minimal space and modest labor and electrical costs.
Our PET-2000-SA is a two-stage, Semi-automatic Stretch-Blow Molding
Machine for the production of PET bottles from preforms.
This system is an ideal choice to produce, not only normal narrow-neck
size PET bottles, but also small wide-mouth jars and carbonated containers using
a two-cavity blow mold. Containers of 10-2,000 ml in capacity may be produced on
this system.
The system package includes the automatic bottle molding machine, automatic
bottle feeding machine, high pressure air compressor, low pressure air
compressor, dryer, high pressure air tank, air filter, low pressure air tank,
and one two cavity mold of your choice. Additional molds may also be purchased if
you will be producing more than one size or type of container.
The bottle molding process is controlled by our advanced PLC system, so
extensive operator training is not required. Package Price: On Request
