Fee Schedule US $750.00 per day plus all expenses in continental USA US $1000.00 per day plus all expenses for international travel. Travel expenses include airfare, hotel, meals, local transportation, parking, phone calls, etc. Payment arrangements for travel must be agreed to prior to departure date. |
